| These are some of the earliest pictures in my present style. I found the shoe and realising it to be a fetish object, I started doing a series of pictures with it. There are seven pictures in the series, I feature in six of them although you never see my face. I eventually won the Vogue / Sotheby's Cecil Beaton Award with them in 1987. | |||||||||||||
